Pipes in the United States are standardized to have 1/2 inch outer diameters. Soom Shower will perfectly fit most bathrooms. For any leaks, a small amount of plumbing tape - included in the Starter Kit - will provide an easy fix.

Our filters are designed to remove harsh chemicals like chlorine from your shower water. The filters also capture rust, metals, and sediments which cause the filter to change color over time - leaving you with only clean, purified water.

All Soom Starter Kits are eligible for a full refund within 30-days from the date of purchase. Showerhead components must be returned without damage or significant blemish.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

For other products, please be advised that the following items cannot be returned after purchase:

- Used Aqua Purifying Filters
- Used Vitamin Essence Pods
- Shower holders with rubber seal rings removed
